The Perpetual Unearthly Force Fund (PUFF) is a law that provides for the payment of bounties for the elimination of monsters.
History[]
PUFF was secretly created by President Theodore Roosevelt in 1901 by the passage of the Perpetual Unearthly Forces Fund Act of 1901.
Requirements[]
There are requirements for the payment of the bounties. One-time payments may be typically given to any individual, other than an MCB agent. People or organizations engaged in active monster hunting require the acquisition of a PUFF charter.
Monsters that have successfully served to protect the public on behalf of the United States government via Special Task Force Unicorn (STFU) are considered PUFF-exempt. This means they are considered not applicable for any bounties, with possible repercussions for any who attempt to hunt them.

The total determination of the bounty value for a given monster is made upon presentation of the required evidence to the agency.
